Academic & Book Fees by Grade Level
K5-5th Grade- $4,250
6th- 8th Grade- $4,500
9th-12th Grade- $4,750
* Monthly payment programs are available!
Each Sport- $100
*NO discounts are available on Academic/Book/Tech fees
*Book fees are all-inclusive of fees and dues charged for academic charges
*Sports fees are over and above the listed fees
Up-Front Payment Plan – Pay the entire annual tuition by August 1st to receive a 5% discount.
Monthly Installment Plan - Pay 10 equal payments August through May by the 10th of each month.
Multiple Children - Multiple child discounts are available contact MVCA for details.
Explanation Of Fees
Tuition – The tuition helps to cover the expense of staff salaries. Please download the student handbook for all tuition and fee schedules.
Registration Fee – The non-refundable registration fee helps cover the cost of the school’s accreditation fees, registration fees, communication fees, and technology fees. This fee is due once the student has been accepted to MVCA. The student’s position will not be secured until this fee is paid. Any student with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to register for the upcoming school year until their account has been paid in full.
The registration fees are $225.
Academic/Book Fee – This non-refundable fee will cover the cost/rental of books, locker fees (grades 7th – 12th), insurance, and graduation fees (grades K5 and 12th). This fee is due once the student has been accepted to MVCA. The student’s position will not be secured until this fee is paid. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Athletic Fee – This non-refundable fee helps to cover the expense of sports equipment, uniforms, referees, etc. It is due before a student is allowed to practice, play or participate with a team. These fees are due at the beginning of each sports season. Coaches may request extra funds or help in fundraising to upgrade or add special equipment.
NOTE: The fees are intended to help defray expenses. There may be expenses to the student associated with school life through the course of the year that are not included in these fees.
